The staff were incredible. Couldn't do enough to please us. Communication was fantastic & fast. English was spoken by many staff members. The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere. The triple room was very spacious with a wonderful size bathroom. The double room was fine for two people, but the bathroom was rather small.

1) Location is good, few minutes from KT bus terminal. 2) Facilities are good. Hot water works well, movie in TV have subtitles, safe deposit box and fridge available. 3) Friendly and helpful staff 4) Reasonable price 5) If you're a walker like me, you can walk 20mins to Drawbridge from this hotel.

Location is great. A short walk to Chinatown,and the bus station. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the young man at reception helped me sort out a problem with my phone when I first arrived. Nice personal service.

room space and comfort. location hotel not to far to famous landmark place in Kuala Terengganu so u can walk and look around. a lot of nice local restaurant. so yummy. should try every single local taste
